Forward the reviewer comments to [email protected] within 30 days of the review notice and no later than 12 months after delivery. We revise the program and send you the updated file within 1 business day to re-upload—and if the reviewer requests any further adjustments on that program, we keep revising it free of charge until that program is 100% accepted.
All sales final on digital files. Because our programs are editable digital files delivered upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered. Instead of a money-back refund, our commitment is to fix any flagged unedited program free of charge until it passes platform review.

Each program is a separate, editable Microsoft Word (.docx) file tailored to your company, with a PDF copy included. Every program has a training record, ready-to-use forms, and a revision table, and ISNetworld orders also include a RAVS crosswalk. We email you a private download link that stays active for 30 days, with unlimited downloads, plus a step-by-step upload guide. We keep a copy of your programs for one year from delivery and can resend them on request.
Do I need to edit the programs before uploading?
No. We tailor every program to your company name at no extra charge, so it is platform-ready as delivered. ISNetworld orders also include a RAVS crosswalk (answer key) showing the exact section and page for each audit question. Simply review the program to confirm it matches your operations and upload it.
Can I edit the programs myself?
Yes. They are editable Word files, and your license lets you edit them as much as you like for use inside your own company, including all of its locations (you may not resell them or share them with another company). Filling in your company details, role titles, names, dates, training records, and forms, or deleting the buyer instruction page, keeps the First Pass Guarantee in place. If you change the program text itself, that program is no longer covered by the guarantee.
Do you upload or submit the programs for me?
